Holiday opened in the historic and charming neighborhood of Beacon Hill, Boston in 2002 by proprietress, Jessika Goranson. Since then, the shop has grown leaps and bounds.  (Visit my daily blog under the "I Feel Pretty" tab for updated bits of of everything I love).   Inspired to create a feminine interior and haven for all “all things pretty”, she stocked the shop with lovely wares – some from well-known designers, but mostly smaller fashion houses from the u.s. and yonder. Always seeking merchandise and fixtures dripping with character, Jessika’s first purchase for the shop’s interior was a large antique dollhouse- hence the inspiration for this website’s design which serves as an introduction to all things Holiday…

Holiday also features its very own growing collection entitled “Holiday- Pretty Little Thing” consisting of hand-made celebratory dresses, skirts and tops. We also LOVE our re-worked vintage label, “Holiday-Pretty Little Vintage”. In addition to these in-house entities, Holiday’s signature cashmere collection has gone 100% private label.

Holiday exudes whimsical enthusiasm! We love what we do and take great pride in being a well- honed, professional team of savvy style makers. Our “old fashion” approach to the modern day boutique experience continues to delight our clients and guests. We can’t wait to welcome you in!
